Who are we looking for?

Search Seven are now looking for a new PPC member to join our amazing PPC team! We are looking for anyone that is keen to start their career in paid media or has a bit of paid media experience under their belt but want to develop their skills further in an exciting new workplace. This role will encompass all things paid media, including paid social channels such as Meta and LinkedIn. You would be responsible for planning, managing and implementing PPC strategies tailored to each client’s requirements and objectives. You will be supported and trained up by our amazing PPC experts, who will bring you onto our exciting and diverse range of client accounts from the charity world, all the way over to the e-commerce brands. 

Maintaining existing client relationships and cultivating new ones is also a critical part of the role. Once you are trained up, your time will be spent between managing your own client accounts, as well as supporting your seniors, giving you access to hands-on training on some of our largest clients.

The kind of things you would be doing:

  • Plan, create and management paid media campaigns across, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms.  
  • Conducting keyword research to inform and refine paid strategies based on target audience needs and search trends.  
  • Optimise campaigns to meet KPIs, such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions. 
  • Assisting on monthly reports. 
  •  Responding to paid media queries that a client poses in the form of on-going consultancy.  
  •  Contributing to quarterly review meetings and strategic reviews.  
  •  Evaluating new technologies and approaches to delivery to ensure we’re offering an excellent service.  
  •  Strengthening and maintaining client relationships, including excellent communication.  

What you bring to the table:

  • Good understanding of PPC, and of social media platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn 
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the major factors that affect PPC performance. 
  • Awareness of other aspects of digital marketing such as SEO and broader media planning and buying. 
  • Excellent organisation, project management and communication skills.  
  • Experience with reporting data.  
  • Must be comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations (both virtually and in person) and able to think on one’s feet.  
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships. Builds client confidence as a trusted advisor by actively listening and understanding challenges and or roadblocks. 
  • Analytical skills with an ability to draw insights and make recommendations from data analysis.  
  • Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office/Google products, particularly Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets – Powerpoint/Slides etc are also useful.  
  • Ability to use GA4 is a plus.  
  • Ability to travel to/from the South-east and London area for socials and client meetings roughly every month essential.
