I joined Search Seven in March 2018 having spent 10 years as a Management Consultant focusing on business transformation and process improvement. Since joining we have made so many changes and improvements to how we do things and continue to adapt and grow as a business. I am proud to be part of such a hardworking, fun and supportive team.
What started you out in a career in Digital Marketing?
After 10 years as a Management Consultant I decided it was time for a career change. Digital Marketing really interested me and I saw it as a really exciting, growing industry to get involved in. Also being based in Brighton it seemed like a good choice as there are so many local businesses in the industry.
What was your most recent role and what did you enjoy about it?
I was a Manager at Deloitte within the Business Model Transformation team. I really enjoyed the variety, regularly working on a different project with a new client, with their own unique problem that they needed help with and with a new team each time. This always presented lots of challenges which I thrived on. Working in this way meant that you quickly became close with your project team and I really enjoyed this, working closely to deliver a great result for the client.
What attracted to you the role at Search Seven?
The role sounded like a perfect match where I could use my business operations background yet move into digital marketing. Being a small business was appealing as I would have the opportunity to really make an impact. The company ethos and the focus on charity and supporting the local community was really important too, it's so nice to be able to make a difference and help others.

Watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A professional horse rider – cross country in particular!
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
Spending it eating / drinking with my family and friends
